SECTION 8 - CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES

By completing a purchase, you agree to contact Sami Gemma Crystals LLC directly to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Filing a chargeback for reasons such as shipping delays or failure to read product descriptions is a violation of these Terms. We reserve the right to submit order documentation to your financial institution to dispute invalid claims.

International customers are responsible for all customs fees, import duties, and local taxes. Once an order is transferred to the carrier, Sami Gemma Crystals LLC is not responsible for carrier delays, customs processing, or delivery errors outside of our control.
